H Visa Solutions was created in January of 2014. After 21 years with the Government, John created this team to help employers understand the government process for obtaining a work visa. However, our team goes beyond just getting employees to you. We aid you in understanding how to stay in compliance with these heavily regulated programs. Our competitive advantage is service after the sale, if you have a question we are here to help you at no additional cost.

Our CEO, John Bedell got frustrated with investigating companies for compliance of federal labor regulations with very little support for employers. We understand employers want to do the right thing. However, there are very few avenues for an employer to use to get through the government red tape.

We are a veteran owned business with over 20 years experience working with the government. Our experience stems from training provided by the different departments within the government. This enables us to understand the government programs, all the required forms, and the stringent time lines the government requires.
